E-Journal

The journal “Leadership, Education, Personality: An Interdisciplinary Journal”, newly founded by the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) at Steinbeis University and published in cooperation with Springer Verlag, is a regularly published scientific open access journal. It deals with the complex topics of “Leadership – Education – Personality” and the areas of tension that arise from these terms. The journal serves the publication of research results from this topic complex and sees itself as a transdisciplinary and transfer-oriented platform for discourse around these topics. We are explicitly looking for contributions from all scientific disciplines, as the topic complexes require a comprehensive and multi-perspective approach and thus allow for further results that do not freeze within the disciplinary boundaries.

For the first issue of the journal, the editors call for contributions and have published a Call for Papers. Both German and English contributions from all areas of society can be submitted, as findings should not only be transferred from science to practice, but also vice versa. For this reason, representatives from business, politics, religion and society are explicitly addressed for handing in scientific contributions. The editors also welcome various methodological approaches, such as analytical models, interview-based studies, theoretical case studies and descriptive empirical analyses.

The newly founded journal “Leadership – Education – Personality” is closely related to the symposium, which will take place on 22 November 2019 in Stuttgart.
